I have no idea why @TexasTechFB fans think I have offended them in any way. Good school, active alumni base, and yes, I have been to Lubbock. I had a couple of uncles who had ranches out in West Texas. My sin was saying that when I worked in Houston back in the late 1980's, I was surrounded by Texas and A&M fans, but that was over 30 years ago. Times have changed, and I have no reason to doubt your stats.

AAU is a FACTOR in any new member of the @bigten. However, it is not the only one, and if a potential member meets, say, nine out of ten boxes and still is strong academically, then it is possible they will look past the AAU distinction.

I have a tenant moving in tomorrow into one of our properties. Nice 2200 sq ft 4/2 on 1/3 acre by a nice park. 2 year lease. Nice family with a small dog. We spent 2 years redoing this property from 2022-2024 with permits and stop orders and headaches. Finished it in late 2024. Was furnished but they wanted it unfurnished. So I took all the furniture out and stuffed it all in my garage. A lot of my capital went to home buy out and renovations. And then I found cards 🤭

Mitch McConnell is dead, and this Proof of Life photo was a rushed rough draft. The newspaper is AI and doesn't exist. He's wearing jeans in a hospital bed. His hand is operating a computer mouse. Elaine Chao had escaped to China, but now she's back and she's implicated in the cover up. These are giant piles of crimes for everyone involved, which now includes Vance and Chao. I love this for them. None of this detective work is mine. He died in June.
