@KevCoke6 Wouldn’t it be great if genuine fans could be rewarded with early access to tickets? Spotify knows exactly how many hours I spend listening to Coldplay and Alexa listens all day to my daughters singing Taylor Swif. You could easily generate a real fan pre-sale from this info!

Concert tickets are becoming a luxury item. The days of being able to easily get tickets directly from Ticketmaster without stress and extreme diligence are gone. You all but have to get them on the resale market these days and that’s if you can afford them.

@alastairrt Me too. Impressed with how axs worked and pleased my diligence in October getting midnights was worth it! Had to get ready for it tickets but just chuffed to have got them!!

Disgusting manipulation by #Ticketmaster into #coldplaytickets hysteria. No coincidence that 1000s of people reached the front of the queue with face value tickets in their basket only to fail at checkout. Within hours the same tickets are available as “platinum” at 5x price 😡

@duranduran @CastleHowardEst A great gig marred by a three hour (I can prove it) wait for food as the promoters failed to have enough outlets at the gig. Car parking on the fields was dangerous- few lights, little signage and hardly any stewards. I would never go a Castle Howard gig ever again.

@AmericaImagined @bradpomerance This suggestion is so back to front I don’t even know how to answer it. The theme of racism and obsession with ‘pure bloods’ is attributed to evil Death Eaters throughout, with many of the heroes of the stories being diverse underdogs from mixed backgrounds

@bradpomerance in reference to my comment about anti-vaxxers on one of your posts. I’ve since realized that JK Rowling also used the expression “purebloods” in Harry Potter. Coincidence? Or is it another example of insidious bigotry, antisemitism and racist themes throughout?
