To be clear, I'm not talking about forcing Christianity on Americans. Conversion only comes by the proclamation of the Gospel. I’m speaking against the govt-sanctioned freedom to institutionalize pagan religions through public places of worship, schools, and other organizations.

It should be illegal in America to build mosques, pagan shrines, and temples. “Freedom of religion” always meant “Christian denominational freedom,” not the freedom to establish communities of pagan religions.

Shelters are not sufficient nor especially good at helping unhoused families get back on their feet or in a regular abode. They are a stopgap only. Addressing the causes of homelessness is an important part of it.

On the contrary, Americans, at least Republican Americans are the most generous people on this planet. We do not like the filth on our streets of tents, needles, feces, and more. When Trump gets in this homeless deal will end using the health codes. No homeless allowed on the streets, there are plenty of shelters for the homeless though the majority are drug addicts who won't go to the shelter because drugs and alcohol are not allowed. So don't preach to us from another country! Without us you would be one of the smallest provinces in the Russian empire!

@yourheartdoc1 This is why people are dissatisfied with the industry. There are too many barriers and red tape to care. If insurance won’t approve it then patients choices are pay out of pocket with maybe a self pay discount or don’t do the necessary procedures. More than frustrating/inhumane.

Spending an hour on hold each time. Finally on the third day got through. Phone call scheduled several days later where I imagine it'll ultimately get denied anyway. This is American healthcare.

Trying to get a prior authorization approved for a patient of mine who needs a cardiac procedure. Initially not approved , submitted more info, a week later still not approved and requested a peer to peer (phone call w insurance doctor) my staff called three times... (1/2)
