@TPPIceman @MeatyMelo It became kinda schizophrenic. Like the artists couldn't make up their mind and low-key chaotic. They made it more consistent after the blue haired priest with splashes of art change ups here and there which was cool but the first half of the series was a mess artistically

@TPPIceman @MeatyMelo Though I think it was creative, I think it was a hit or miss for most. If you liked it, you LOVED it. If you didn't, you HATED it. I was cool with the first two styles starting off (though I like consistency), but when they showed off 4-5 different styles in the first 10 episodes

@ulashledger @ZanarGaming Facts. I feel like people are just gassing because it's a solo indie dev. Don't get me wrong, kudos to him and accomplishing a huge feat! However don't let lack of quality pass just because he's doing it solo. Lol. Hoping there's some massive improvements

@TPPIceman @MeatyMelo Thank you! Somebody said it! As hyped as I was prior to it's release I was let down for a chunk of the opening 10ish episodes. At the end I still think it's a solid show but due to pacing, switching between animation styles, etc I'm not surprised it's not nominated

@MeatyMelo Its a great show, but it was objectively a little hard to follow the timeline due to the way they chose to show it. Because of this. It makes sense it got beat out I think. I still want a lot more of it. But the pacing was a bit all over the place

@johan1151951 Season 1 was extremely top tier only to be followed up with a lack luster season 2. I personally think it started getting better gradually each season after 2, but I doubt any season in the series will compare to season 1 and how well it was written

@MugenLord Glad you're digging it! She's the main character from the SAO spinoff show Gun Gale Online (GGO). GGO is an arc in the main SAO series and from that arc they decided to create the spinoff focusing a whole different cast of characters in that world

As someone who has never played an SAO game and is a tourist of the Anime. LLEN is such a badass in Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream. I have no idea which game or anime she is from, but her gunplay is fun in the game XD

Bruh, never played a Sword Art Online game before till recently. I finally opened SAO Fractured Daydream for the XBOX Series X not too long ago and can't put the game down. Most anime games are usually milked slop with little effort. But this game is pretty competent. It has an arcade-like feel to it, and scoring rewards you with weapons, accessories, and costume drops when hitting high ranks at the end of each mission. I've only watched Season 1 of SAO, so I don't know most of the characters. This game combines all of the SAO series of characters into one game. What I love about it is that every character feels unique. The GGO characters have 3rd-person shooter mechanics, which is dope! It's 20 players divided into 5 parties of 4 online, and crossplay too! @MugenLord Yeah at least Hollow Fragment, Lost Song, and Hollow Realization connect with each introducing new characters that are game specific & aren't in the show at all. They still include arcs that occur in the show but slightly different & keep some characters alive who died.

@ALWTGaming Didn't know that, I just thought these were non canon games each doing their own thing. Well FD story isn't hard to follow, it feels self contained to me and I've only watched the first season of the anime.
