HAPPY THREE YEAR ANNIVERSARY 🦋 $BBBYQ

🚨🚨MOTION TO QUASH DENIED THIS IS A HUGE WIN FOR MMTLP MMAT💪💪 Actually this is a massive win for all Retail investors. Off exchange is the dark pools where so many heavily attacked stocks trade. Payment for order FRAUD they buy the order then funnel it into the dark pool hidden from the market. It's where dirty deeds happen. It is a big part of the manipulation. So this could set precedents and take their cloak of invisibility away.

The roadmap for the 20230930-Dk-Butterfly-1 V. Cohen has been updated. If you’re looking for the "wen is this over" answer, I'll try my best to explain when it could happen because my personal opinion is this case (along with HBC and the IRS) needs to be finalized before we can get paid Both parties are now heading into expert discovery. This scenario was planned out in the case management plan from last October. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco… These are the next dates to watch: April 24, 2026: Defendants' (RC) Initial Expert Reports due. June 26, 2026: Plaintiff's (🦋) Rebuttal Expert Disclosure due. July 24, 2026: Completion of Expert Discovery depositions. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco… Under the court order from the case management plan, if expert discovery is required (which we now know it is), parties have 60 days after it concludes for either party to file a motion for summary judgment. That would mean the earliest either party could file a motion for summary judgment would be on September 22, 2026 However the "Dollar Demand" against RC was modified from $47M down to $9,999,000 and imo this could still end this sooner Under the bankruptcy plan, any claim ≤$10M gives the Plan Administrator sole authority to settle without needing Oversight Committee approval. So Goldberg still has the sole authority to end this from the estates side and hopefully all of this "expert discovery" kills his case and proves RC's innocence and we can finally emerge 🙏 If expert discovery can't bring darkness to light this case we will finally have to go to trial (which was also in the case management plan) and if it does have to go to trial, this could push the conclusion of the case into 2027 imo. Not trying to be a boner deflator but the courts move slow af and it's one of many possibilities I'm still optimistic and still think we've won but these court cases imo are hanging things up $BBBYQ 🛌🛁🚀
