Q4: Where are fraud detection measures if ICICI can allows 17 transactions worth 85,000? Do you really have to get details than this? The basic model of fraud detection didn’t work in this case from @ICICIBank .

Q3: Did GPay bypass ICICI OTP? @GooglePayIndia, does your system allow POS/Card Swipe to skip ICICI's 2FA? The bank suggested this. Q4: The payment message shows the scammer's name: "HARKHANI JAYVIR." Why can't @Cybercrime_India or ICICI track & recover the amount?

My family member encountered fraud experience where, they received 17 transactions within 120 secs and had raised complaint for same on day with @ICICIBank_Care and Cybercrime department. The card was physically present with owner no OTP was shared with anyone.

Hello @MahaCyber1, Few hours ago, a credit card from my family member was used in transactions in different city while card was with them. There were series of transactions within matter of secs. We raised online complaint for same and would like further investigation on it.
