@TheParkheadF If we were a well run functional club then that’s what I’d expect, however they have done nothing recently to make me think there’s some kind of masterplan being hatched. I think you’re giving them too much credit. I hope I’m wrong.

I was speaking to someone on the supporters bus at the weekend and I put a thought out there, I genuinely think our new manager could already be lined up and the club are holding off announcing it to drop it alongside the season ticket renewals as a big promotional push. Now here’s the twist, what if that man is Jens Berthel Askou? And the reason nothing can be said right now is because we’ve still got to play Motherwell meaning announcing it beforehand would be a clear conflict of interest. Maybe I’m miles off it but at the same time, would it really surprise you with how clubs handle announcements and marketing these days? Am I being far-fetched here or does this actually sound realistic to you? 🤔
