@airindia @DelhiAirport Our help who was traveling on DXB-IHR route was not allowed to board the flight at Delhi PNR 4XNN6 saying that she needed to pay more. Last year also same thing happened with her. Why airline staff always mistreat people like this? She is now stranded.
