Total farce at Manchester Airport as @jet2tweets can’t even open the plane doors. We landed nearly half an hour ago and nobody has even left their seats. Joke.

@jpowls @jet2tweets I know it's no consolation but I once sat waiting for a customer for 4 hours off a TUI flight as they didn't have any steps to get people off the plane. Many times it can be upto 2 hours waiting for customers to disembark and get their luggage lol
