@AOLSupportHelp my 90 year old aunt is locked out her account because she forgot her password and her back up phone number is a landline that got taken away. Please help! She’s gotten runaround for months and is on a fixed income. 20 years of loyalty seems to be not important

@AOLSupportHelp I’ve had an AOL email address for 25 years when the internet was a dial up service. The ads you are placing when opening emails is the worst idea you have ever produced. If not stopped by the end of the week, I will be moving on to other services.

@AOLSupportHelp despite the fact that I am a paid AOL sub, my emails have ads in them 🤬. Now in the mobile app, often when I click to read or delete the ad in the mail window pops up in the middle of the screen and I cannot get rid of it unless I close AOL and come back in WTH!

@AOLSupportHelp Why when picking up aol mail Uk does an ad pop up so I can’t read my mail. I don’t want whilst going through my inbox, opening an email to find an ad appears instead of my message….then it takes a while to clear it. This is unacceptable!

Have @AOL just completely given up on stopping spam? The amount of spam that is landing in my inbox these days is unreal - and yes I still use AOL for email. @AOLSupportHelp

@AOLSupportHelp When I select an email to go 21 of my other folders.It shows that it did go to another folder.But it still leaves it in new mail. Also, i sometimes delete mail I want back. The undu doesn't work.
