@pranavjindal999 @deepanshu_s At home our 3000W instant geyser(AO smith brand) has a 1.5sqmm 3 core wire. Then I checked our Oven it too has 1.5sqmm 3 core wire.

Electrical fire incidents are unavoidable in India. Yesterday, I was out to buy a 3-core 2.5sq mm cable for dishwasher installation. Tried at least 6 electrical shops in Gurgaon and all of them were selling local (National brand) under-gauge cable.

@AOSmithin Can’t say why the company is now calling me twice daily to get filters replaced. Until few days ago I constantly requested to provide service but the service centre had no time. When it comes to AMC your behaviour changes now I have changed my filter

@AOSmithin My water purifier had an AMC till 16th July. Raised a ticket for issue with RO filter on 15th July when the product was within AMC. After 120 hrs you say I have to pay charges for repair because the product is currently not in AMC.

@akjain1357 @AOSmithin Concern Company has lost its credibility in the market due to service issues. @AOSmithin must look in to the matter seriously.

This is the condition of the RO just after its repair by Shri Rahul its service personal. Earlier it was repaired by N P Singh and Abhinandan. If the AO Smith is not able to rectify this problem then they should replace the machine

@AOSmithin How Much time is this going to take?? You are already one week late. Is my family not entitled to Pure Drinking water despite spending so much to get your RO system???

. @AOSmithin Below is the complaint number in the image. The faulty part was to be replaced on Tuesday, 14th July itself. The product, my water purifier is covered under AMC. Service centre officials are not attending to the call, nor are they arranging for the replacement. Please let us know if you intend to get this repaired or not. Pure water, that too, when we have invested the money on our own purifier is our right. We can explore other options if you don't want to provide your services.

@BStarr119 After my 3rd defective AO smith Water heater in 2.5 years I went back to basic electric. When it worked it was great.

We are paying $25.78/month to upgrade are water heater. We are now a 100% electric house, gas company coming Monday to remove our meter, the finances behind this upgrade are insane and as follows -$1797.32 heat pump water heater +$900 eversource energize CT rebate +$49/month gas canceled service Lowe’s 0% 12month financing $74.78 after rebate savings. Factor in now we don’t have a gas bill and we will be paying $25.78/month for the next 12months and after that we are up $49/month

@AOSmithin Never ever buy an AO Smith water purifier. In the last 6 months, I’ve had it repaired at least 7 times. Once again, I’ve been waiting for service for the past 2 days, but no one has come. Extremely disappointing after-sales service.

@AOSmithin @AOSmithHotWater This is really a joke on the customer. Last time when service was done, I asked to change all equipments but was told that they still have 5-6 months and just on the day of AMC end, RO and SCPA blink. Cannot be a coincidence twice.

Worst geyser, please don’t buy @AOSmithin I bought a new AO Smith geyser just 6 months ago, and now your technician says it needs salt/scaling cleaning every 3 months. Strange when everyone else in my building, using different brands with the same water supply, has no such issue.
