A3: Our staff go out to the buses at the end of the year and wave goodbye to Ss. Used to be at the top of the football stadium. Field Day & 6th grade farewell. We also recognize retiring staff members for their contributions at the last staff mtg. #MEMSPAChat

A4: I am proud of sooooooo much this year. We made great progress with some very challenging situations. A great leader celebrates every step on the journey. The work isn't easy, but the growth is worth it!! #memspachat

A1: #MEMSPAChat Our 5th grade staff do an ABC countdown where each day is a letter that is celebrated. I try to give staff as much autonomy in their classroom to finish the year strong.
