A3. We held our “Field Day” for students. We also held a longer Character Connection Class (advisory) on one of last two days so students can have time to celebrate with each other. #MEMSPAChat

A2: #MEMSPAChat I like to fail forward from year to year. After an event, I meet with involved staff. We discuss issues & ways to make it better I put these notes in my reminder system & then revisit notes a month before event. Helps us be ready for the end of the yr events.

A1: #MEMSPAChat Our 5th grade staff do an ABC countdown where each day is a letter that is celebrated. I try to give staff as much autonomy in their classroom to finish the year strong.
