@SimonKaggwaNjal But what's your issue with Nobert Mao? Why don't you hold a one-on- one with him and settle your differences?

Kudos to this Ugandan engineer James Mugoya.
George T. Diano@georgediano

James Mugoya Isabirye is a Ugandan Tycoon Who Built Times Tower, NSSF Building, Kabarak University & Moi High School-Kabarak. He also constructed Mombasa road and had a site at machakos junction. James Mugoya is an engineer and a billionaire businessman. He is the founder and owner of the famous Mugoya Construction & Engineering Limited, behind the construction of some of the most iconic projects in Kenya. Mugoya was one of the most politically-connected contractors in Kenya and bagged several development projects during the reign of late Mzee moi. The iconic Times Towers and the NSSF Embakasi housing projects are some of the notable projects undertaken by the company. Mugoya was born in 1950 in Eastern Uganda. He attended Uganda’s Bulyansime Primary before joining Iganga Boys. He then proceeded to King’s College Budo before later joining the University of Nairobi where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil engineering. He graduated on October 26, 1971 at a ceremony witnessed by President Jomo Kenyatta. He was registered as Abiam JM Isabirye in a class that had 46 students. During his time at UoN, Mugoya is said to have forged a great friendship with one of Mzee Moi’s sons. Immediately after graduation, he founded Mugoya Construction & Engineering Limited and almost immediately, he landed the deals to build the NSSF building and Hazina Estate. In 1992, Mugoya landed a tender to construct the 40-storey Times Tower building which was the tallest at the time. The project was financed by the Central bank of Kenya (CBK) and the state. He also built Moi High School, Kabarak, Kabarak University and the Kisumu Provincial Headquarters. In 1995, NSSF awarded Mugoya a contract to construct 265 houses in Karen, together with an administration block, a club house and a kindergarten. However, the project failed to start due to pending approvals from Nairobi City Council. Mugoya was paid Ksh342 million in 2012 as an out-of-court settlement for the very project after he had initially claimed Ksh633 million. He wanted to buy a small town in Eastern Uganda called Busembatya. He wanted to develop it into a city but Museveni refused. Mugoya was once arrested and charged in Nairobi for defrauding kcb hundreds of millions. Those who indulge in kazi ya mjengo say No construction company pays fundis better like Mugoya.

If Lamine Yamal wins a third LALIGA title this season, he will have already passed Cristiano Ronaldo, who won only two league titles during his time at Real Madrid. Mind-blowing 🤯

@MrWills96 I had sympathies for Italy not qualifying for the world cup 2026,but after these comments I don't care anymore. It's okay they missed. Thanks to FIFA for expanding the world cup.

🚨🇮🇹 Gattuso: “Italy lost just two matches in the group, earned 18 points and still didn’t qualify for the World Cup. But 10 African teams qualified? Who is going to watch them? Are you going to sit in front of the TV for Cape Verde or Curaçao? These qualifying rules are absurd and unfair.”

@martinssempa @Prophet_elvis But I know you for your fight against homosexuality, and you're aware that some bishops(with theology degrees) are defending this evil thing against the scriptures. So,what's your point?

@martinssempa @Prophet_elvis Why don't you support spiritual leaders dealing with their own issues? The same way issues of generals are handled by generals. It's normal to err,but there's always room for correction.

After hearing the theological errors of @Prophet_elvis Mbonye, I now support General Muhoozi Kainerugabas proposal. All pastors and church leaders must have a degree in theology! Because what kind of theological fuckery is this? Mbu God will have to apologise to Jesus?

@DanielLutaaya @TheLoveDre We would still be at war,but from a different front. She would continue funding and supporting Ukraine like Biden did, causing further tensions with Russia. This would cause a spill over to other nations.

@Brianw256 He says he scored 19 points, which means he could have been admitted in any other university including MUK, especially for the course he was admitted for at KIU. No university admits students win 20 points, only.

Before we go any further what was the sole reason you chose to join KIU? Let’s be honest it’s because they took you in when your grades couldn’t secure you elsewhere. That’s exactly the point KIU gives opportunities to people other universities reject. Fees and penalties aren’t hidden debts accumulate over time. You completed your course, cleared your balance and got your degree which already disproves this narrative of exploitation.
