A valuable and collaborative meeting was held on 1st April 2026 with Katrina Murray MP (@katrinamurray71). The discussion, which followed an introduction to the community and @HumanityFirstUK, focused on future community engagement and support for local initiatives within the constituency. ASH AHMADIYYA COMMUNITY DINNER It was a real pleasure to attend the Ash Community Dinner this week, kindly hosted by the Ahmadiyya community, and to help present the evening’s awards, with nearly 130 guests coming together for what was a special event. The evening was a wonderful celebration of everything that makes our local community so strong - bringing people together, recognising those who give so much to others. A huge thank you to the Ahmadiyya community for hosting such a memorable evening, and to everyone who came along and helped make it such a success.

🇬🇧 Britain’s Largest Mosque Hosts The Big Iftar 2026 Nearly 1,000 people gathered at Baitul Futuh Mosque in London for a community Iftar during Ramadan, bringing together guests from different backgrounds, faiths, and local communities. Guests were also given tours of the mosque, had the opportunity to learn about Islamic prayer, and were able to visit a number of exhibitions. Full report on: youtu.be/EC7T0vBbDJk

Recently in the Punjab Assembly, Ilyas Chinoti called for an FIR against an Ahmadi teacher and warned “the public will act” if the state does not. Such rhetoric endangers the Ahmadiyya Muslim community in Pakistan. The persecution of Ahmadi Muslims must end.

🚨 Suicide bomber kills at least 31 worshippers in Islamabad Mosque attack Almost 170 others were wounded during Friday prayers in a Shia Muslim Mosque in Pakistan's capital Islamabad, police and government officials said. Reuters video shows injured lying on the ground outside the mosque after the attack.
