DeFi 说”无需信任”，危机来了才发现也无人负责，$2.3 亿坏账摆在那里，两家完全有能力处理的机构选择沉默，$132 亿 TVL 两天内蒸发。 DeFi 一直有一个叙事：去中心化、无需信任、代码即法律。但这次事件把这个叙事最脆弱的地方暴露出来了——当出了问题，没有人负责。 不是因为做不到，而是因为结构上就没有设计”负责”这件事。 传统金融里，出了 2 亿的窟窿，有监管、有法律、有合同，总有人被逼着坐到桌前。DeFi 的”去中心化”在平时是卖点，在危机时是挡箭牌。每个人都可以说：这不是我的责任。 这不是 Aave 或 LayerZero 的道德问题，这是 DeFi 的结构性缺陷。 RWA 做的事情恰恰相反——我们把真实世界的资产和法律责任引入链上，不是因为我们不信任区块链，而是因为我们知道：金融系统的信用，最终必须有人兜底，必须有追责机制。 代码管不了人性，也管不了危机。 DeFi 的 TVL 数字很好看，但它建立在一个假设上：所有参与者都会理性行动，协议永远不会出问题。一旦这个假设失效，整个系统没有缓冲，没有救援，只有挤兑。 这次不是第一次，也不会是最后一次。
