@ASTCT We have a robust setup from doing outpatient Cy mobilization. Patients receive an initial 1 L NS and the first dose of MESNA and will go home with a CADD pump with the remainder and more IVF administered continuously overnight. It has largely gone well. #ASTCTChat

@ASTCT We have also transitioned largely to bendamustine for CD19 CAR-Ts & Cy alone for the anti-BCMA CAR-T products (doi.org/10.1182/blood-… and doi.org/10.1182/blood-…). Various clofarabine or pentostatin-based regimens for conditioning in alloHCT have helped w/the flu shortage
