Proud to share @JCO_ASCO paper of the ACCESS study run by @CIBMTR and sponsored by @nmdp_org 145 recipients of MMUD grafts using PTCy experienced outcomes similar to matched transplants, including <7/8 grafts. 59% of patients were diverse!

The AI model was trained at the Mayo Clinic and validated on BMT patients treated at MSKCC.

We believe the use of computer vision on ECGs to predict cancer treatment toxicity is a new paradigm in personalized cancer care, and that this approach may be applicable to other cancer treatments that may be cardiotoxic. More to come!

Very pleased to share our collaborative work with @MayoClinic @MSKCancerCenter. We used AI to evaluate pre transplant ECG images to predict arrhythmia after #BMT. AI-ECG predicted death after allogeneic HCT. ashpublications.org/bloodadvances/…

Severe chronic GVHD is infrequent after full dose PTCy, making it hard to look. You could use the public @CIBMTR datasets to explore this further. Great question!
