A good prompt doesn’t just generate code. It helps your AI assistant choose the right implementation path. Learn how to use Circle Skills with @claudeai to build a sample app that moves @USDC from Ethereum Sepolia to @Arc Testnet using Dev-Controlled Wallets and Bridge Kit. Capital markets weren’t built for 24/7 real-time settlement. Arc introduces a new model: → Deterministic finality → Stablecoin-native execution → Unified programmable settlement layer → Atomic delivery-versus-payment From tokenized securities to onchain collateral systems, Arc modernizes post-trade infrastructure through software. Capital markets settlement, re-imagined. Read the latest Arc Blueprint: arc.network/blog/how-arc-s…

Crosschain payments shouldn’t be slowed down by settlement. With Circle Gateway, builders can unify USDC liquidity across networks. On Arc, they can establish that balance with sub-second finality. → Faster settlement → Cleaner crosschain UX → Built on Arc
Circle Developer@BuildOnCircle

Crosschain settlement is still too slow for great product UX. With Circle Gateway, developers can unify USDC balances across chains and enable crosschain payments from a single Gateway balance. Less pre-funding. Less rebalancing. More time shipping. Docs: developers.circle.com/gateway

We returned to London for our second @encodeclub hackathon bringing together 150+ builders shipping on Arc. For the first time, teams experimented with nanopayments, unlocking new models for microtransactions, agentic commerce, and programmable stablecoin apps. Across six tracks, developers integrated Arc Testnet with Circle’s developer platform using USDC, USYC, StableFX, CCTP, Nanopayments, and Circle Wallets. → 80+ submissions → 8 winning teams The Arc team spent the weekend mentoring builders while @bleso_a walked through the new multichain Arc sample app to help teams get shipping faster. The Arc builder ecosystem keeps growing. Here’s what the winning teams built: 🏆 Nanopayments USDC-ME (1st): A gasless “Venmo for USDC” using Nanopayments where signed spend intents batch settle with near-zero fees. Blink (2nd): Streaming laptop insurance priced per-second using nanopayments. 🏆 Best Smart Contracts Chariot: A cross-chain lending protocol combining borrower interest with USYC T-bill returns. 🏆 Chain-Abstracted USDC Apps MeanTime: Turns CCTP transfer delays into tradable liquidity using Transfer-NFTs. 🏆 Global Payouts & Treasury Settl: A multi-chain payroll and treasury system that automates fund management, executes global USDC payouts, and includes built-in fraud detection and real-time treasury visibility. Zerra: A chain-abstracted storefront where merchants always receive USDC on Arc regardless of user assets. 🏆 Agentic Commerce OTTO: An AI treasury agent that manages USDC across chains, pays services with nanopayments, and allocates funds into USYC. 🏆 USYC / StableFX Integration Sphere: A visual treasury dashboard for managing wallets, swaps, USYC or DeFi routing, and automated financial workflows.

AI agents that can spend USDC. Autonomously. ClawRouter from BlockRunAI was a standout winner in the USDC OpenClaw Hackathon, pushing the boundaries of agentic commerce onchain. Join @samconnerone and Vicky Fu live on Mar 19 at 2PM ET for a deep dive into the winning build: → Per-agent USDC wallets → Autonomous model selection via local scoring → Pay-per-inference with signed USDC authorizations → How to run and extend it locally See how hackathon ideas turn into real, composable infrastructure for the agent economy. RSVP: community.arc.network/home/events/us… Repo: github.com/BlockRunAI/Cla…

Tokenizing assets shouldn’t mean rebuilding compliance and settlement from scratch. On Arc, builders can: → Issue programmable real-world assets → Embed transfer restrictions and investor controls onchain → Settle with deterministic finality → Automate redemptions, distributions, and corporate actions → Pay predictable, fiat-denominated fees in stablecoins Asset lifecycle management, as code.

Arc 🤝 @trmlabs TRM Labs is bringing blockchain intelligence and risk monitoring infrastructure to teams building on Arc Testnet. This gives developers and enterprises the visibility and compliance tooling needed to deploy production-ready applications from day one. → Transaction monitoring and risk detection → Enterprise-grade blockchain intelligence → Infrastructure designed for trust and scale Arc is built for real economic activity. Builders can now ship with confidence.

AI agents can now build financial reputation on Arc. ERC-8004 is now live on Arc Testnet, enabling verifiable onchain identity, discoverability, and portable reputation for autonomous agents. What this unlocks: → Persistent agent identities → Onchain reputation tied to economic behavior → Discoverable agents you can trust across DeFi and commerce As agents execute trades, manage capital, and provide services, trust shouldn’t reset between applications. With ERC-8004 on Arc, agents build reputation once and carry it everywhere, transforming on-chain history into usable financial trust. Start building: docs.arc.network/arc/tutorials/…

Hinkal Pay is live on @arc testnet. Confidential settlement is now end-to-end. Institutions running stablecoin operations on Arc can now settle confidentially. Sender, recipient, amounts - all private, without changing wallets, assets, or chain. With Hinkal Pay, institutions can: - Send confidentially - Receive confidentially - Execute private & public payouts - Maintain compliance controls How it works When funds settle through Hinkal Pay, they move to a confidential balance inside Hinkal’s smart contract, controlled by the recipient’s existing wallet. From there, recipients can access funds with the wallet the sender entered as the recipient and: - Pay privately Execute confidential payouts to vendors, affiliates, employees, partners, or treasury accounts. Sender, recipient, and amounts remain confidential on-chain. - Send to public wallets Send funds as a standard on-chain transfer to any public wallet address. The sender remains private. All transactions are screened via @chainalysis before execution, and high-risk or flagged addresses are prevented from accessing the smart contract. Viewing keys enable proactive sharing of all transactions with any regulators/chain analytics platform when required, without exposing balances, treasury structures, and payment patterns to counterparties or competitors. ZK-based. Compliant. End-to-end. Inside the Arc stablecoin infrastructure. Try it at pay.hinkal.io

Building credit markets today means stitching together identity, underwriting logic, compliance workflows, and settlement rails. On Arc, developers can: → Denominate loans in stablecoins → Settle disbursements and repayments with deterministic finality → Embed compliance and privacy controls at the asset level Programmable credit starts with stablecoin-native infrastructure. Build on Arc.

Introducing Circle Skills: open-source AI skills for building with @USDC, EURC, @Arc, and Circle’s developer platform. Developers and AI agents can use them with Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and any agentic tooling that supports skills to generate better integrations for stablecoin payments, crosschain transfers, wallet operations, and smart contract logic. As the agentic economy grows, the context provided to AI systems becomes just as important as the code itself. Use it now: npx skills add circlefin/skills github.com/circlefin/skil…
