Boris Johnson’s desperate attempts to cover up what he knew about complaints against Chris Pincher have been blown out the water. It’s clear the PM knew about the seriousness of these complaints but promoted this man anyway. He refused to act and then lied about what he knew.

Johnson’s private life is a hot mess of greedy freeloading, rule breaking, abusing his power to get favours for his family and lovers and utterly gross misconduct in office. But he reacts to questions on it as if we’re the ones who’ve crossed a line. What a stinking disgrace.
