Today marks the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, the birth date of our nation. God’s hand was providentially with our nation in its founding. Let us rededicate ourselves to remembering our proud and noble history. America is a land of pioneers, warriors, scientists, business, art, and faith in God. We have much to celebrate.

The dividing line in politics is no longer right vs. left, it's normal vs. crazy. In Arkansas, we're holding the line: no woke indoctrination in the classroom, no men in women's sports, no Big Tech exploiting our kids, and no foreign adversaries threatening our way of life.

Started this Independence Day the right way, running the DTR Rogers Rotary Railyard 5K in downtown Rogers with the whole crew cheering me on. Nothing beats crossing that finish line to five kids waving flags and chanting USA!! The Railyard was packed with neighbors, and it’s a great reminder of what makes this community special. 250 years ago, a group of ordinary men risked everything to declare that freedom wasn’t a gift from kings, but a right given by God. Today, watching my kids run around in their red, white, and blue, I’m struck by how much that declaration still shapes every single day we get to live free. God bless America, God bless Arkansas and may God continue to bless the men and women who’ve defended her ever since.

Today we honor 250 years of American exceptionalism, the idea that America is unique among nations, endowed by our creator with unalienable rights. For the first time in history, the individual, not a king, not a government, was the decider of their own fate. Never had a nation been built on such a radical idea. Not until July 4, 1776. That spark lit a fire that still burns two hundred fifty years later. Happy birthday, America. #america

No better way to celebrate America’s 250th birthday than with the best Governor in America 🇺🇸🙌🏼

Nothing beats spending time with kids and learning about American history. I had a wonderful time in Bryant reading a story, sharing a few laughs, and seeing so many bright young faces excited about America’s 250th birthday. It’s never too early to help the next generation appreciate the people, principles, and events that shaped our nation. Thanks to everyone at the library for the warm welcome, and to all the parents and grandparents who brought the little ones out. I always enjoy spending time with y’all.
