@BBCBreakfast I was in a supermarket recently where the employee was shouting at a customer when I commented it was great customer service to do so the manager appeared shouted, mind your own business. He also withheld his name and position when I requested it. It cuts both ways!

Return journey as great as outward on LNER again this time cancelled our reservations standing room only on the train, and we are encouraged to not drive and use Trains.... really!!,👎

LNER, had to re-arrange trip to Keighley due to the bad weather last week, fair enough it happens. Travel on Wednesday instead of the Sunday only LNER changed the Skipton train to terminate at Leeds then Doncaster. Not helpful. stood on another train no point in reservations.
