"I supported the war on Day 1, but since it hasn't been won quickly enough I'm against it now" is a ridiculous opinion. I'm sorry.
Iranians inside and outside Iran called for outside intervention, many of us did even before the 12 Day War last year.
It is on us to own this.
A fanatical regime that has ingrained itself for 47 years in anticipation of exactly this kind of intervention will not simply disappear with a few strikes. This is a child-like logic. The only thing we should call for is complete victory, not to back away because it's not happening on our preferred timeline.
Remember that our countrymen inside Iran freeze up in dread at the word "ceasefire" and "peace deal" with the mullahs. So why should we in the diaspora push for that?
Keep a cool head, and stay principled.

The IDF urged Lebanese residents to not return to their homes south of the Litani River, despite the implementation of the new US-brokered 10-day-ceasefire.
