I have received and am receiving complaints against overloading of vans ferrying students to schools. We have given a warning number of times to Schools and parents. Now we shall be launching a major seizure campaign against such vehicles. Any inconvenience faced by students is regretted in advance. We shall be taking the help of Traffic and district police also.

Govt of India has started a scheme for Road Accident Victims for immediate treatment at the nearest medical facility and expenses upto 1.5 lakh shall be paid by the Government. My request is that in case of an accident please come forward to help and shift the victims to Hospital. Expenses covered under PM Rahat scheme. Let us all pledge to be Rah Veers and help accident Victims . We may save many lives.

We have embarked upon a special drive across JK Target is Suspension of licenses and RCs of habitual offenders. RTO Jammu , RTO Kathua and RTO Kashmir shall be spearheading these drives. Approximately 300 licenses and Arnd 700 RCs have been suspended in the last 10 days. People are once again requested to adhere to driving discipline.
