@thebricksession Never had any issues with my wahoo roam. Not everyone's gravy but works not sure if the battery life works for you.

It looks like I’ll be ditching @GarminUK after my 2nd edge 840 solar has gone man down. Again, pretty much leaving me with no navigation. This one is 2 weeks old and won’t even turn on! Any recommendations what to use instead?

@altini_marco Great article. I'm leaning to use the data such as hrv to help me make informed decisions about the impact training, sleep etc. But not to be a prisoner of my wearable data.

@IWCare Still no sign of the water. Have you confirmed it was turned back on as a number of people in the area are still without.

@Paddy_Barrett Yep, fitness gained is lost so quickly. Post valve repair operation is a non linear recovery.

Fitness is a cruel mistress. The gains are hard-won over long time periods. Often with sweat, injuries and big investments of time. But the rewards are huge. However.. Fitness losses happen: Swiftly and over very short time periods. You can never let up.
