Although it is trickier to get a good rise using duck eggs the batter was still light and very tasty. Homegrown hogget and leek sausages were very tasty 😋 #tuppalatas 🐏

@JRfromStrickley I switched from oil to ASHP. I’d say it works better in a newer well insulated house than an older house but *touch wood* I’ve not had any major issues
