Big well done to Julie in my team for securing her first injunction since rejoining the team. The Judge praised her attempts to engage in support for the Defendant. Over the last 6 months complaints been made around noise nuisance, damage to property and pet nuisance #ASB
@NeillCourtney2 During Covid my daughter started to feel the pain of my job when she responded “Oh Not him again” when someone got arrested for breach of injunction for the forth time 😂😂
Looking forward to getting our residents on board using @theASBapp over the coming months. Such a great way to help gather evidence of those causing #ASB in our communities
Powerful session from Mike and Danny @Lads_Like_Us encouraging us all to exercise professional curiosity and, if working with a 'difficult' client or someone with antisocial behaviour, to ask the all important question - 'why?'
@Ongo_PaulG@ongo_JoS Just wondering would a CPW/CPN not do the trick (providing the test is met) then use remedial action to undertake the work and recharge?
Has anyone any recent experience of taking enforcement action against a tenant for having an overgrown garden? Many moons ago we got an injunction with positive requirements on one particularly bad one but just wondering about any recent case studies. Cheers

@jonnyasbo@resolveasb Totally agree with you Johnathan, I always say it’s not the act of asb but the impact on the victim that’s the most important thing
@ASBOfficer18@resolveasb Whilst I agree with the comment I would add that it is down to the victim to say if it is low level as they are the ones that know the impact. I’ve seen minor behaviour have a massive impact yet other times seriously bad behaviour have a low impact.
Home from the @resolveasb conference and it was soo good to reconnect with so many familiar faces from sector and to top it off a member of my team secured her first without notice injunction today #ASBAwarenessWeek
The Community Trigger was intended to be a one stop shop that brings agencies together to respond to victims’ needs. However I hear from victims that they are often unable to get information and support they need to activate it. @resolveasb research says 94% never heard of it.
Richard and Amanda's story really hits home, reminding us just how devastating and harmful #ASB can be. 10 months of persistent ASB from their neighbour and a sense that nobody was helping them resulted in despair and even feeling suicidal
