3/4 Our team worked really hard to make this happen and the game had all signs of being a huge success before it was cut short. I really appreciate everyone who came out and supported. I feel for the players who have worked really hard to get to this point.

2/4 Just to be clear – The shooting was outside of the stadium. We searched everyone that entered the field. We even had more security than we were required to have. It’s frustrating that this incident cut our game short, but the safety of everyone involved is most important.

And for the @BuffaloBills fans, @HamlinIsland is OK and uninsured. He was actually up at the actually scene of the shooting afterwards visibly shaken up and concerned for all involved. Pgh PD and McKeesRocks PD have the scene secured.
