@askryanair will never fly with @Ryanair again!! We contacted you on many occasions, to inform you that a family member was dying and we couldn’t fly - you ignored every message and email! We should be in Tenerife now, instead we are arranging a funeral and you kept our money!

@askryanair in reply to your response, we have DM you!! Our flight was on 13/8 O89EWZ - we were advised by the medical professionals NOT to go. Our family member passed away on 17/8 and it’s disgusting that we have this added stress with @Ryanair to deal with right now!!
