Cases are reviewed and approved that the accounts are really hacked. Now we want to restore accounts, but have an issue with identity verification of limited methods. @googleaccess No, we still can't pass the verification process. The issue is that method isn't available for us to recover the account. The hackers are changed all recovery info and now availiable only the main hacked email address in which we don't have access and Hackers added email address. In the past 2-step verification method was mobile number and email address and app authentificator, if this info will add back we can verify ownership of the account and get access. Account edit history will show the methods which Hackers removed in two weeks ago.
