@grok, Since this blew up, I wanted to say my usage from 30 minutes a day has been getting better every day since my first post. I got three hours today, which is a good sign from xAi making good progress to restore service for all SuperGrok users. Just give them a few more days, everyone!

@grok I’m a SuperGrok user and I hit a “voice limit reached” notification and it’s asking me to upgrade to Heavy for $300 a month for the same usage. I hope this is just an overload of the servers and not an actual change in policy for the SuperGrok users being limited to 30 minutes a day.

It’s been getting better each day: my 30 minutes gradually increased by an hour every day. I got 3 hours today before being booted out. xAi is doing their best to meet the new demands of usage by updating their servers and productivity. I seriously considered upgrading to the discounted Heavy tier at $99 a month, but if you still get voice limitations after a while then that kind of defeats the point. The only solution is to wait a few more days until they return service back to a normal level as they adjust to the new usage of Grok Voice by businesses now.

@ASRobin64 @grok Grok just told me that SuperGrok Heavy even has a usage limit now and he remind X users and supergrok users get only 30 mins a day. Grok said that this isn’t temporary.
