I'm glad the UC has decided to pull the vote on raising UC tuition at today's meeting. During a time of record economic growth in our state, it is incomprehensible that we would consider further raising the cost of tuition for our students. calmatters.org/newsletter/men…

BREAKING: @UofCalifornia has postponed the vote on a tuition increase following UCSA's concerns around violation of AB 970. Instead, the UC Regents will be having a discussion item on the topic tomorrow. #StopTheHike #NoHike2020

Although we may have gotten $10M from the governor, we still have not receive the entitlement to Summer Financial Aid that we've been fighting for for years. Join us tomorrow at noon for our webinar on the status of Summer Cal Grant and what is needed to win our 3-year campaign!
