If parking minimums are kept in the Hillside Overlay, it would seriously impact the ability of the Southside Plan to produce badly needed student housing.

Some of you have asked about the Hillside overlay. (Commission only wants narrow road exemption while staff and Hahn wants to maintain minimums in hills with no option of reduction) The Hillside Overlay is the dotted line.
