Why would a DAO need a legal structure?
Uniswap’s DUNI proposal is live now, aiming to provide liability protection while preserving decentralization.

Am I the only person who feels uncomfortable seeing different variations of photos of a caught-on-camera couple being shared and made fun of?
1. For me, it feels like bullying. I always hated bullying at school, and publicly making fun of someone in an awkward moment feels exactly like that. Even if society thinks it's fine to laugh at such images, it still feels wrong to me.
2. I've never lived in the US and probably don't fully understand the mentality, but I always thought respecting people's privacy was one of the core values there. Isn't it contradictory to advocate strongly for personal privacy while reposting and publicly laughing at private situations?

Every time I see another variation of this in my feed, it just makes me feel a bit sick.

I look forward to the rise of RISE: the chain that is choosing not to raise a huge amount of VC money, but recently outperformed all chains nonetheless - the chain with ‘hai’ standards.
These days, it’s not easy to raise at all. I still remember when I flew to New York and spent a nonstop 2 weeks with @OrangeDAOxyz getting shredded. I still remember the first investment pitch of my life and staying up the night before to practice with other founders in my cohort.
I remember the moment one of the other founders @danielkiani introduced Galaxy to RISE, and the moment Galaxy said yes. Galaxy is not only top tier, but also extremely helpful in all aspects.
@sam_battenally, @hai_rise, the team and I are very lucky to have Galaxy along on the journey to ‘Infinite Speed’ and Beyond. The fastest zone for real-time apps on Ethereum is coming to mainnet.

everyone’s doing this, but imo it’s just another layer that mimics legacy rails.
the real breakthrough isn’t putting crypto on a card. It’s skipping cards entirely and enabling direct wallet-to-merchant payments. that should be the end game
