I will literally fight anyone who tries to tell me ADHD isn’t real This shit is not quirky or fun. It fucking sucks. My life would be 1000x better with proper executive functioning. Getting diagnosed as an adult suddenly put my entire life into context.

Citrea is the project of my life. We started Chainway Labs in the summer of 2022 as a venture builder company. I was still early in college. A year later, after months of R&D trying to bring real financial primitives to Bitcoin, we landed on the idea for Citrea, and I knew immediately this was something I'd need to put 100% of my attention on for decades. Since then it's been non-stop. Two funding rounds, dropped out of college, shipped the product, built an ecosystem, and kept going. There were stretches I won't romanticize. Problems we weren't sure we could solve. Weeks where the only thing keeping the team moving was the belief that what we were building had to exist. Bitcoin is the most important network humanity has ever built, and it deserves an economy that lives up to it. That conviction is what got us through every hard call, and it's what shapes every decision we still make. I'm a developer at heart, and that's where my career started. But from the earliest days of Citrea, I understood this wasn't only an engineering problem. We've already cleared most of the hard technical bars; the first ZK rollup on Bitcoin, the first BitVM2 deployment in production. The harder question was always coordination. How do you make sure the people who actually carry a network forward — the projects building on it, the users showing up every day — are the ones who benefit most from its growth? CTR and xCTR are our answers. We spent a long time on the design, because a coordination asset only matters if the mechanics genuinely reward alignment. xCTR holders are first-class citizens of the network. They receive early-unstake fees from participants who exit, they're the ones ecosystem apps bribe for incentives — and apps that want sustained influence will accumulate CTR on the open market, or build their own LSTs around it. Voters also receive multiplied emissions on the pools they direct incentives toward. The flywheel is built in: the more aligned you are, the more the system compounds for you. What we have with Citrea as a base layer is genuinely unique. It's the only production layer today where you can build Bitcoin applications under these trust assumptions. If you're building on Bitcoin, this is your network as much as it is ours. With CTR, we're turning that into a platform every participant can own a piece of. This is the moment Citrea stops being my project and starts being ours. Over the next few weeks we'll share more on the initial claims and timelines. If you read this far, an alpha for you: tomorrow is going to be even better than today. Keep an eye on the official accounts.

1/8 Today, we introduce CTR, the coordination asset for the Bitcoin economy. Over the past two years, we built an end-to-end Bitcoin economy that relies on the Bitcoin Network as its source of truth. With CTR, we're handing control of this economy to the people who use it.

another day, another crime up next in our highly acclaimed series, Most Fucked Chart of the Day, is TST Hyperliquid TST vs Binance TST should be trading 1:1 but this asshole 0x4909e918ed7acfab30d9569f2e570c7c8d222181 is manipulating the HL chart due to delisting consideration of TST by hl hyperliquid TST-USDC is currently trading 14% above binance TSTUSDT (yes fourteen percent). but hyperliquid OI is now capped to prevent him from criming it up further and blowing out the spread even more (which also means nobody can come in and close the spread, unfortunately, either) his goal is to crime the chart up a bajillion percent. he has somewhat achieved this already as the price is up 300% in 2d, and ultimately to have hl settle the position at his crimed up mark, realizing any unrealized gains speaking of which right now 0x49..2181 is sitting on $1.7mm of unrealized gains with total equity of $2.5mm. i noticed he also has another $700k USDC in his arbitrum wallet (funded by bitget) as backup ammo shout out to @mlmabc for alerting everyone to the situation loris.tools/trade?symbol=T…

Cryptocurrency - is a name Satoshi liked, which is why bitcoin is a crypto, because crypto is short for cryptocurrency and Bitcoin is the daddy. I like the term a dollar of nothing. I say: Bitcoin is a made up currency, that can be used as money and is an imaginary good. it sounds like we generally agree.

@AT35580765 @Breedlove22 "Cryptocurrency" was not coined by Satoshi. It's a made-up label. Normal currency uses cryptography, too. Bitcoin is money, not currency. Currency is a denomination of money. "A dollar of gold." But we've taken the money-backing away, so now it's a dollar of nothing.

UK: “About 8 million people live alone many could welcome a refugee into their home.” Government think tanks and the radical Left are now openly pushing to house asylum seekers inside private British homes. This was always the next step. They opened the borders. They filled the streets. Now they want them in your living room.
