I made observations. I made no racist comments unless you actually believe white racism exists. I didn't say you but I did use you as an example for all the people filled with white grievance. You're just pissed because I used you as a person who might not have gotten a job they wanted. That's happened to everyone for one reason or another but for you to say I've never not gotten a job that I pursued let me know that it's happened to you too. Throughout my childhood nobody stuck around long enough to teach me racism. So even as a child I was accepting of everyone and I was a child long before the civil Rights act was ever signed. When I was involved in my first racist incident at the age of 16 I couldn't understand why that white guy wanted to punch my friend. Even though my boyfriend and my friend explained it all I thought it was an isolated thing. Because when your own brain doesn't discriminate you don't believe that other brains do. Your racism came across very clearly when you started on the whole DEI thing because the things you said are not new and they're definitely not anything I haven't heard before. You spoke the words and I knew who you were.

No I'm not. I've been reading since I was five, and my grandfather said that I have terminal curiosity. I read and I read and I read and I read which has placed me in the top 5% of intelligence. All three of my children are a bit higher than me. What you have is white grievance, The grievance that says why should a black man get the job I want. You may not realize that you show who you are all over your own page but you do. But don't be upset because there's a lot of white men just like you. People who think that DEI is for black people and the same way that you thought affirmative action was for black people when it really isn't. But that wasn't how DEI worked. Everyone had to prove their merit before they were hired. They had to be completely competent at the jobs They were getting or they wouldn't have been hired in the first place. And quotas to hire minorities pretty much don't exist anymore and haven't for more than a decade. You people think you're smart and that you know everything but you're not

@SecDuffy @USDOT @FAANews @pdoocy @SundayBriefFNC Seems a good fit. This will work well. For one thing, gamers who grew up focused on screens aren't easily distracted, so distractions won't affect them.

Basic Pay at a level 12 is 131k, that gets adjusted by locality pay to effectively adjust for the cost of living in expensive areas. So the quality of life for a level 12 facility most people can imagine is more or less a salary of 131k. Since that is mostly what the American people are quantifying as our pay (quality of life). There are 16 level 12 FAA ATC facilities in the USA… out of 331 FAA ATC facilities. So less than 5% of facilities are level 12, that means many people are bound to end up at a lower level facility. A level 4 facility basic pay is 61k. Let’s look at DCA where the recent crash was. DCA is a level 9 facility that sees a significant amount of Traffic. The Basic pay for a level 9 is 103k and with locality pay is adjusted up 33% and lands at 141k. However the average cost of living in Washington DC is 39% to 59% higher than average USA. So the US dollar goes a lot less farther. What I’m getting at is 141k is a hell of a lot of money in “po dunk Alabama” but it doesn’t go very far in a place like DC and it isn’t enough money for people to want to work there. The FAA is trying to consolidate facilities to remote locations so the pay can be lower and thus the dollar go farther. But as it stands not, unless they consolidate facilities to low cost of living areas. Pay is way too low at a lot of these VERY HIGH cost of living areas.
