@being_ulti observers can make in/out calls but when a player takes the disc from out of bounds and sets up their pivot foot 5 feet off the line the observer can see them cheat and travel but cannot make the call like a ref would since they can only ✨observe✨

I’m a little curious, what’s the difference between an observer and a ref? Or what type of power would a third party have in your ideal rule set?
