If someone from Etsy Support can help, please review my prior tickets and chat history. I have repeatedly explained that this started with message delivery/reply failures on Etsy’s side, not a lack of effort on mine. I’m asking for accountability and real support.

I’m asking for a real escalation, a manual review of my response-rate history, and an investigation into the messaging problems I reported over the last 5 months. This has affected my shop unfairly, and I need an actual resolution, not another scripted reply.

@Etsy I’ve opened tickets, been told things were being sent to other departments, and then received no meaningful follow-up. Every time I contact support, I get the same copy-paste explanation about the 24-hour window instead of anyone actually adrssing technical issue I reported

Because of that, my response rate dropped to 70%, and now I keep getting warnings that my visibility may be affected. I’m still getting orders and positive reviews, but not many customers need to message me right now, so I have no fair way to rebuild the score.

I tested across desktop, mobile, app, browser, Chrome, Edge, Epic, and more. The issue persisted. Sometimes replies would randomly go through later, but by then too much time had passed. This appears to have started around November and has never been properly resolved.

@Etsy @Etsy I need help from a real person who can actually review my case. For about 5 months, I’ve been dealing with messaging issues that appear to have hurt my shop’s response rate, and support keeps sending me in circles instead of resolving it.

@shipsurance how does this make sence, im a comapny, i made a sale through etsy, i bought a shipping label through fed ex, and i get pawned off on shipsurance for shipping insurance?? 4th company down, #bottomfeeder

@shipsurance Do not use this company! Your money is better off just saved than insuring through these guys. They take advantage of people and they do it through other companies.
