@stats_feed This shows me that only 30% of leftist have a brain.
English

@nicksortor That still leaves 30,000 troops. I wonder why only 5k?
English

@anymanfitness I'm 35, don't work out (probably 28-33% body fat) and have a rather easy going job (construction project manager, although I had very physical demanding jobs until about 31) and I did 25. If I pushed I could of probably got to 30.
English

@Rothmus Fuck no, what a waste of humanity. That just sounds like jail with extra steps. Put the hardcore criminals and mental patients in there so they stay off the streets

Imagine a machine that could deliver any pleasurable or desirable experience you could possibly want.
Neuroscientists have perfected a way to stimulate your brain directly, producing sensations and feelings so vivid and realistic that you couldn’t distinguish them from genuine experiences in the real world.
If given the choice, would you plug into the machine rather than live your life?

@ATypicalATLien @Gringoincharge @kangminlee @AmanitaFugax I am glad to hear that there are still normal people on here. I apologize again if I came off as argumentative. I have been going in a loop all night with people on here. I hope you have a good rest of your day/night.
English

“You know Democrats founded the KKK”
“Abraham Lincoln was a Republican”
Dear Self.@Dearme2_
What's a sign of a very low intelligence?
English

@Idkatallanymor @Gringoincharge @kangminlee @AmanitaFugax That is fine, that's what I'm here for. I had my mind changed today for the better and that doesn't happen from sitting in an echo chamber. I'm willing to admit when I'm wrong.
English

@ATypicalATLien @Gringoincharge @kangminlee @AmanitaFugax Apologies. I wasn't looking to argue. I'm just trying to put out another perspective.
English

If you keep reading my replies you will see that I conceded in my logic. I wasn't aware that the party switch was from a constitutional standpoint (requiring private business to accommodate all) and that more republicans (80% vs 60% dems) still voted for civil rights even after the 1964 switch up.
English

@ATypicalATLien @Gringoincharge @kangminlee @AmanitaFugax It's a stupid arguement. The democrats needed to bring in new voters to stay competitive. So they pushed for immigration and the organizations that support immigrants. The previous democrat voter base no longer felt like they were the focus of their party. So they left.
English

@SkyBlueSphere @kangminlee @AmanitaFugax I ended up conceding my point in a debate with another guy on this reply. I was misinformed.
English

@ATypicalATLien @kangminlee @AmanitaFugax >party flip
So Taft, Coolidge, and Eisenhower would all be Dems today? FDR and LBJ would be GOP?
English

@Gringoincharge @kangminlee @AmanitaFugax I was wondering why you were posting so many lol, I was like man... This guy is really worked up. The blue check mark is worth it (to me obviously).
English

@ATypicalATLien @kangminlee @AmanitaFugax And I was literally typing out my replies when you posted that.
therefore I didn't see it until after I continued posting.
I seriously need to think about paying for the blue check just so I can post longer replies
English

I just had a debate with the other guy in which he educated me on the nuances of the time. Long story short, I was uninformed and the Rebublicans (even in 1964) still supported civil rights more than the democrats but changed because of a constitutional issue regarding forcing people in private business to accommodate everybody.
English

@ATypicalATLien @kangminlee @AmanitaFugax So what changed? The people and their affiliation or the thing they affiliated with?
English

@ATypicalATLien @kangminlee @AmanitaFugax You seem to be affected by a dishonest media narrative, and nothing can change YOUR mind.
