Are @avivaplc always total assholes? Staff admitting they're inundated. They talk about internal protocols. Is it normal to take 7 months to deal with pension encashment? I distinctly remember the Marconi crash. My chum went from thinking about buying a yacht to scratching around

I would not usually use social media to complain about the service I am receiving but @AvivaUK are not answering my emails which they have had a week to do, & I cannot listen to their on hold tune any longer. So this is a last resort before I contact the Pension ombudsman along with the ICO for a GDPR issue.

Hi @AvivaUK I just had car ins renewal in, got a better quote online & contacted your cust service to see if they would match it. I was told in no uncertain terms absolutely not so I bought the other insurance, now cancelling yours online & at the end you offer a better deal?
