@TfL used the info point to ask why no announcements whilst walking from Marylebone entrance to Elizabeth line about long delays guy said nothing to do with us talk to eliz line but the tunnels were LT he then hung up rudely not helpful & if I was rude I’d be in the wrong.
@TfLBuses here’s something novel on the 33 route from Fulwell why not get the busses to slow down & stop at every stop then you won’t have to make passengers wait while you regulate the service that only left the garage 6 minutes ago!
@British_Airways Okay over an hour & a half now and baggage services response is there IS over 350 bags now and it may take some time. See how slow the bags are trickling through
@VietnamAirAust terrible queues at HCM airport, hanging around at the gate with bus transfers chaotic. Then board the plane with pax coming through the rear door for seats at the front😳Finally a woman with a stick walks up the plane whilst its taxi-ing and crew did nothing
@avivaplc been having problems with Aviva & today after frustrations told no manager available to help me so had to put in a formal complaint for a tiny admin thing that Aviva must do many times daily - really inept

@boombattlebar I won golf vouchers in a charity auction but they were refused as have no reference on them it was Monday & nobody there surely they could just have accepted them this was in Ealing poor service
@TfL ridiculously had to wait 4 times yes 4 times between Ealing & Richmond to even out the service… you never appear to turn a bus around & send it back in the other direction to help even out the service!
