@AnglianWater - I’ve used thousands of litres of water when I had my lawn relayed. Only now my monthly bill have gone from £35.00 to £344 they told me I could have had bought a sub metre to avoid paying for the sewage charge. Absolutely feel hard done by.

@RecordGo parents have received terrible service, lucky they took photos of the damaged car before they collected the car. My parents have been charge 300 euros and have taken this out their bank. They only got told about this by email after they had dropped off the car.
