AWF’s strategic transformation marks a shift from a traditional project preparation facility to a dynamic catalyst for continental water development.

The Strategy is a strong Call to Action for continental transformation prioritizing project preparation that catalyses investments, secures water and sanitation financing and positions the Facility as a high performing institution.

Last week, Feb 10, 2026 @AfDB_Group pre-launched @AWFbroadcast 's Strategic Plan 2026-2030 at the 23rd @AfWASA_AAEA ICE in Yaoundé. The event was officiated by @MJChirwa the AfDB Director of Water and Sanitation Department.
