@Llib7 Totally agree. And we therefore have created a car dependent population who have great difficulty imagining how investment in AT can benefit everyone.

@AWStephen It’s mega road projects that induce car demand and begin the auto dependent cycle that #melbourne is slowly reversing. This is what diverts funding away from investment in public transport.

@Mon4Kooyong Thank you for continuing to speak about air quality. We will look back on missed opportunities to improve many health outcomes especially children relying to the air we breathe. Different decisions are possible - just requires leadership

No Australian child should end up in an emergency department because the air in their suburb is making them sick. Melbourne’s inner west has been a dumping ground for truck pollution for far too long. Last year the Albanese govt refused my amendment to create national clean air protections under the EPBC Act. We have a duty of care to ensure clean water and air for all Australians. I'll keep working on this. theage.com.au/national/victo…

David Farley backed Michelle Milthorpe, donated to her campaign, considered Labor preselection, and doesn't agree with with One Nation’s core positions. So why is he a One Nation Candidate? Because it offers the one thing he apparently wants most: a path to Parliament.
Lynda French@LyndaFrench19

#OneNation candidate #Farrer #DavidFarley said Australia is “collapsing off our moral obligation to be part of the bigger world” and should actively contribute to #foreignaid, in another clash with established policies dailytelegraph.com.au/news/nsw/one-n… archive.md/vT7Hf

Amelia calls herself a financial analyst. A real one would know opex from capex, and that a $1m asset purchase is not reflected as a $1m operating loss. (like when you buy a house). Lucky Amelia has a trust to fall back on. This analysis won’t pay anyone’s rent. Embarrassing.

For everyone asking what Pauline Hanson does when she doesn't turn up to the job she's paid to do, ~50% of the time: She's at Trump's Mar-a-Lago, with Gina. The free plane doesn't come from turning up to work. It comes from missing work, to hang out with a mining billionaire.

Things that are easier to retain than One Nation MPs: Baby teeth New Year’s resolutions Free trial subscribers Kindergarten pet goldfish Andrew Tate’s hairline A Ford Raptor on a novated lease Coalition primary votes A bulk-billing GP Gas industry royalties NACC convictions Helpful RBA rates decisions Gambling ad bans Lobbying reform A cheap rental in a capital city

By my count: of the 29 people One Nation has ever had elected to an Australian parliament, only TWO so far hold the distinction of both making it to the end of their term, and never defecting. (Even Hanson herself left One Nation in 2002.)

Hawthorn deserves a state representative who knows our community, listens deeply, and can fight for what matters most to us. Shima Ibuki is a long‑term local, now Deputy Mayor of Boroondara. Shima cares about of cost of living and housing - she supports local development that works with our community, not against it. She understands the importance of having safe, secure suburbs, and how much Hawthorn residents love their community.

If coaches, teammates, and trainers associated with Lances are employing homophobic language as a coaching strategy, these individuals share responsibility for the events that occurred on the field. Research indicates that this is consistent across all levels of the sport. This situation is analogous to blaming inmates for their lack of rehabilitation outcomes, when in fact, the failure lies in the provision of rehabilitation programs.

You’re right, it’s absolutely absurd logic to use in mitigating a deterrent: “We observe that relationships are hard. They are highly emotional, particularly in their more intimate moments. It is commonplace that partners can employ behaviour from time to time which is violent, coercive or controlling whilst in the home.”

THiS is what Kerry Stokes chooses for #AnzacDay in The West Australian. A man charged with murdering unarmed civilians and condemned by the witness statements of more than 20 fellow soldiers. Pathological support for war crimes. #auspol

What the Albanese Government refuse to tell you about their renewable energy farce - to achieve it Australia will have an area 7 times the size of Tasmania covered in glass and steel.
