@JenniferEarp_ We know it's worrying for our customers and we're very sorry for any stress caused. We haven't been notified of any further disruption by BALPA Pilots. By law, trade unions have to give us 14 days’ notice of any industrial action. Claire

I am not exaggerating when I say this... I have sent 4 tweets, 9 DMs and called 74(!!!) times since 6am this morning because @British_Airways have cancelled the outbound flight for our first family holiday but I still can’t get through on the phone and nobody has responded!!!!

So @British_Airways industrial action has resulted in our flight being cancelled. They tell you to call up to arrange flight changes/refunds. I’ve been calling for over 4 hours and cannot get through to anybody - now what?! #britishairways #whatcustomerservice
