@British_Airways Hi volumes means lots of complaints, not very impressive or what you’d expect from ‘Britain’s highest flying company’ I don’t think they’re ’Taking care of everything’ and they’re definitely not ‘Taking more care of me’

@British_Airways must be incredibly busy with complaints, nothing but an acknowledgment since 14/6/24. That’s not a compliment is it 🤷🏻‍♀️
