Our study on MSS stage IV rectal cancer showed that
- 47% of 6489 patients received immunotherapy
-Immunotherapy was not associated with ⬆️ survival (HR 0.88, 95% CI: 0.69-1.14)
-Potential benefit in patients with bone metastases & KRAS mutations
