We don’t yet know what motivated the person who shot and killed Charlie Kirk, but this kind of despicable violence has no place in our democracy. Michelle and I will be praying for Charlie’s family tonight, especially his wife Erika and their two young children.

Thanks for never leaving a man behind, Lance Cpl. Kerr! Kerr finished dead last in his age group at a Michigan 5K, choosing to run alongside a 9-year-old boy who asked "Sir, will you please run with me?" after he'd been separated from the group he'd started the race with. Kerr came in 5 seconds after the young boy. <3

I need to apologize. In my latest video, I said clinical pathologist when I should have said anatomic pathologist. I feel an incredible amount of shame over this. The pathology community has shunned me. My family won’t talk to me. Please forgive me.

@ALBoothMD I had an adorable one in a pancreas this week but it was just a little guy < 5mm. (For the trainees on here- a if it’s <5 mm in the pancreas it’s just a “neuroendocrine microadenoma!”) I get a lot of satisfaction, diagnosing these for some reason 😆

A small incidental neuroendocrine tumor found in the rectum during a screening colonoscopy, most often these are low grade. #gipath #gastroenterology
