@AXS_UK I called your accessibility line to book tickets for Korn on 31st March but for some reason the card wouldn't verify. They told me the booking would be on my AXS app and pay for it through there but the concert isnt showing on my app or the AXS.com site

@AXS_UK I received an email to tell me that the venue for John Mulaney in Wolverhampton had been changed and I would receive the new ticket by the 13th or March but I haven’t received it yet. The ticket in the app is still for the old venue.

@AXS_UK the worst ticket company to buy tickets from cause they can just turn around and reallocate your seats that you've chosen with a purpose and give you some of their worst seats, and turn around and tell you they're still worth the money you've paid. AVOID!
