Exactly! IVUS showed moderate calcification thus no further modification needed. Stent deployed was 4.0 mm but potdil to 5.5 in proximal segment based on IVUS measurements.

Final angiogram! IVUS also performed which showed excellent results

Stented distal segment with 3.0 mm stent, overlapped with 4.0 mm stent and third 4.0 mm in proximal segment of vessel. Post dilation done with 4.5 mm NC and 5.5 mm NC at approx 16-18 atm.

Exchanged Gaia and with Mongo wire which crossed distal cap.

Predilated lesion with 2.5 mm balloon, IVUS and angio showed entire vessel to be diseased however not severe calcification, thus only predication done.
